Yes, we strongly recommend having a licensed electrician on site at the time of installation.

Our team will assemble and position your sauna, but a qualified electrician is required to connect it safely to your home’s power supply and ensure the load is correctly distributed.

This step guarantees compliance with Australian safety standards and optimal heater performance.

If you don’t already have an electrician, we can help coordinate one or provide connection specifications in advance

We build and level pier foundations as part of our standard installation.

If your site is uneven or on soft ground, we’ll assess and recommend suitable ground preparation before installation.

We build all saunas in our Morpeth workshop and offer a few delivery options depending on your site and what works best for you.

1. Fully assembled delivery (most popular)
Your sauna arrives fully built.
We deliver it using our truck crane (HIAB) and place it directly in position, as long as there is suitable access to the installation area. Our crane is mounted on the truck, so it works best where we can get next to the final location.
If your site requires lifting over large obstacles (such as fences or buildings) or has very restricted access, a separate crane may be required. We’ll guide you through this if needed.

2. Flat pack delivery
If access is limited, we can deliver the sauna in sections (flat pack).

3. Installation service (optional)
If your sauna is delivered flat pack, our team can come and assemble it on site for you.

Yes, we deliver throughout NSW, QLD, VIC, and ACT, with freight quotes available for other regions.
