Southern Cross Saunas was founded in 2019
After returning from an overseas trip, our founder realised he missed more than the holiday itself. The simple routine of training and then unwinding in the sauna had become a source of clarity, recovery, and balance.
Back in Australia, nothing offered the same feeling — affordable, high-quality saunas were nowhere to be found. So he built one for himself.
What began as a personal solution quickly grew into a business — and a mission to share that experience with others.
