Consultation & Details
STEP 2: We’ll review your design in detail and discuss layout options, sizing, finishes, stove selection, and electrical requirements. Once everything is confirmed, you’ll receive a final design sketch and a detailed quote for approval.
Production & Delivery
STEP 3: Once the design and quote are confirmed, you can secure your sauna with a deposit to lock in your order. From there, we begin the build process, which typically takes around 10 weeks. You’ll be kept updated throughout the entire production journey.
Installation
STEP 4: As your sauna nears completion, we’ll coordinate an installation date with you. You’ll receive plenty of notice so you can arrange an electrician and prepare the site for a smooth installation of your new sauna.

How is the sauna delivered?
Our saunas are delivered and installed by our in-house team using our own truck and crane. Most installations are completed modularly for efficiency and ease of access, however when required, we can also crane fully assembled units into position.
