Dave recently installed a 3-person outdoor sauna at our place and we have been very pleased with the result. The overall process was very straightforward, with several models and finishes to choose from. Dave has been always happy to help and guide along the way, sending us photo updates of the build. The install was done in a day, and the finished product looks great. I’d really recommend going down that path.

Very happy with my experience, David was wonderful every step of the way, kept in constant communication, worked with me on a design that I liked and thought outside the box. Exceptional customer service. I’m very happy with the sauna. Even my family has been converted. Sauna reaches a a very good temperature and heats up fast. 10/10

We recently bought the Two Person Indoor Sauna from Southern Cross Sauna Company, and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Right from the beginning David was really easy to work with, he happily answered all our questions and was willing to help us customise our order while keeping within our budget. The sauna itself is work of art, handcrafted by David himself, it is solid and everything works as expected. Even in the cold Victorian winter it gets over 80 degrees in 35 mins. It was reassuring to have David deliver and assemble it himself giving us a chance to see how to dismantle it in the event we move house. To top it off David is an all round nice guy and I can’t recommend him more highly.
